Greenwich Communities administers several housing programs, funded through a mix of Federal & State sources, whereby Income Eligible households can submit an application to be placed on an open waiting list. These Communities fall under Family, Senior /Disabled, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, and the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
