The Quarry Knoll II (“QKII”) waiting list
Greenwich Communities will be accepting applications for 0 and 1 bedroom units for the above-mentioned program postmarked between Tuesday March 1, 2022 and Friday March 11, 2022. Head of Household must be 62+ or disabled with annual gross incomes below the current limits. (1 person -$63,950; 2 people – $73,050.) Eligible submissions during the application period will be added to the list by postmark date and time of receipt. Pre-Applications will be available for download on our website at GreenwichCommunity.org. Copies will be available at the main office located at 249 Milbank Avenue in Greenwich, CT, weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or request an application by mail by calling (203) 869-1138 ext 100. Applicants with disabilities may seek assistance from the waiting list coordinator ext 120. Greenwich Communities is an Equal Housing Provider.
