Terrence Mardula

Terence Mardula has served as the Deputy Director for Greenwich Communities since 2003. He is the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and in charge of overseeing and managing compliance issues within Greenwich Communities and is familiar with all aspects of the Authority Activities to include all areas of planning, personnel, finance, maintenance, and housing management.

Mr. Mardula has an extensive background in upper level management and a thorough understanding of the different types of regulations required in both private and subsidized housing. He has been an employee of Greenwich Communities since November of 1978.
